Quality and Functionality

Maintaining the concept and architectural style of the old building, Boavista 62 is practically built from scratch, achieving a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. The areas and layout were reorganised to agree with the functional style and quality demanded in the 21st century. The façade, so typical of the Lisbon of old times, was maintained, with its picturesque wrought iron balconies, garrets, and intense blue colour.

Attention to detail, materials and finishes are in line with the desired focus on quality and functionality. This is visible even in the most hidden details, such as the air conditioning or the soundproofing of ceilings to improve insulation between residences. The neutral colours and materials allow a fully customized interior design choice.

The finishing materials were carefully selected to transform each apartment into a modern, comfortable and functional space.

The neutral shades chosen for the various elements reinforce a sense of space and elegance. Oak flooring in the living room, rooms and kitchen, white lacquered wardrobes, cupboards and kitchen furniture, suspended bathroom furniture, these are just some of the details that mark a contemporary and refined interior design programme.
